By accessing or using BuildWithAI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Your continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

About BuildWithAI

BuildWithAI is a unified platform that helps builders ship AI apps 10x faster. When you create an account, you gain access to our entire ecosystem of products and services, including:

• Braindumper: AI-powered tool for structuring and validating app ideas with usage limits based on your subscription tier
• BuildBrief: Weekly newsletter with AI tools, app building tips, and success stories (automatically included with your account)
• Educational Content: Courses, tutorials, and learning resources (available with Plus subscription)
• Community: Access to our Discord community and member benefits
• Future Products: Additional tools and features as we expand our platform

One account provides unified access to all BuildWithAI products and services.

Services Provided

BuildWithAI provides the following services:

• AI-powered app ideation and structuring tools (Braindumper)
• Educational content, courses, and tutorials
• Weekly newsletter (BuildBrief) with product updates and insights
• Community access and support via Discord
• Email communications including product updates and marketing materials
• Additional micro-tools and features as they become available

Account Registration and Consent

By creating a BuildWithAI account, you automatically:

• Gain access to all BuildWithAI products and services (subject to subscription tier)
• Subscribe to BuildBrief newsletter (weekly updates on AI tools and app building)
• Consent to receive product updates, feature announcements, and marketing emails
• Agree to our data collection and usage practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy

By creating an account, you agree to receive BuildBrief and product updates. You can adjust these preferences anytime in your account settings or unsubscribe using links in our emails. However, you will continue to receive essential account-related communications (e.g., billing, security alerts, password resets).

Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

BuildWithAI offers the following subscription tiers:

• Build with AI ($19/month): 10 Braindumper generations per month, access to dashboard and community
• Build with AI Plus ($49/month): Unlimited Braindumper generations, full course access, exclusive member deals
• Annual Plans: All Plus features with annual member benefits and exclusive deals

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable subscription fees via Stripe (our secure payment processor)
• Automatic monthly or annual billing until you cancel
• Usage limits based on your subscription tier (10 generations/month for standard, unlimited for Plus)
• Our refund policy: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in writing

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

User Responsibilities

As a BuildWithAI user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (password, authentication tokens)
• Use our services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
• Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• Respect usage limits based on your subscription tier
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Not use our AI tools to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Not misuse our services or infringe on the rights of others

AI-Generated Content

Braindumper uses AI (OpenAI and Anthropic) to process your app ideas and generate structured outputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs
• BuildWithAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You retain ownership of your input (app ideas, braindumps) and the AI-generated outputs
• We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and services

Important: AI-generated outputs are intended for educational and creative purposes. You should not rely on them for commercial, medical, legal, or financial decision-making without independent verification and professional consultation.

Intellectual Property

Our Content: All course content, tutorials, platform design, and materials provided through BuildWithAI are our property or our licensors' property and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

Educational Content License: Your access to our educational materials (courses, tutorials, videos) is for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, reselling, republishing, or sharing of any BuildWithAI educational content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your braindumps, app ideas, and any content you create using our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BuildWithAI services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content, courses, or educational materials
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• We are not responsible for any business losses, lost profits, or data loss resulting from service interruptions or AI output errors
• BuildWithAI is not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or service failures caused by third-party services or APIs integrated with our platform (including but not limited to Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, Resend, or Vercel)
• Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time
• Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability
• Limit or restrict access to certain features based on subscription tier
• Update usage limits and subscription pricing with reasonable notice

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Engage in abusive behavior toward our team or community members
• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to all BuildWithAI services, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of BuildWithAI after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BuildWithAI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under EU consumer protection laws.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute with BuildWithAI, we encourage you to first contact us at kristoffer@buildwithai.io to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BuildWithAI regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
